AAA3 Submissions Opening Soon!

Did you enjoy the Adult Analysis Anthology? Did reading it give your own great idea for an essay about porn games that you've been cradling close to your heart ever since! Well, cradle no longer! Submissions for a THIRD issue of AAA will be opening in ONE WEEK on February 7th 2025!

Here are the quick facts:

• As with the second issue, pitch submissions will be collected and finalized before a crowdfunding campaign will be launched to pay contributors.
• Final essays will be paid via Paypal - exact amount will depend on the success of the aforementioned crowdfunding campaign but the per-person amount being aimed for will be $75USD.
• Essay length should be 1000-2000 words, with some flexibility on the high end.
• Only guidelines on subject matter is that pitches must pertain to porn games or porn game culture in some way. Game reviews, personal anecdotes, business insights, developer commentaries, or other more esoteric analyses are all welcome!
• Pitches that were submitted for previous issues but not accepted are welcome to be submitted again!
• You can also pitch an essay you've written in the past (however, please don't go writing an entire essay in anticipation of it being accepted, because it might not be)
• Writers of essays that have appeared in previous issues of AAA are welcome to submit again!
• No prior writing experience or previously-published work required! Everyone is welcome!
• Writing under a pseudonym is fine!
• Final essays will be published here on Itch in a paid PDF and on the official BP Games blog.
• It is highly recommended that you at least familiarize yourself with the high-level summaries of the essays from the first and second issues of AAA to avoid retreading ground that another essay might have covered previously.
• (That being said, essay pitches that are in direct conversation with previous essays are welcome!)
